1. How do I create a contact?
Just by simply clicking on this symbol
and Save.
2. How do I upload my contact
list from my Microsoft Outlook?
Click on this symbol
and click on
Sync with my Outlook
and Run.
3. What media format are
supported?
All most all media format are supported.
For example, WMA, WMV, JPG, GIF, MP3, MPEG, MOV, 3GP, 3G2, FLV, AVI, etc. are all supported.
Support all formats that are supported
by Adobe Flash Player, Windows Media Player and Apple QuickTime Player.
4. Are there any free encoder
available on the Web?
We like to use the following:

6. Can I use other players?
Our site and services are optimized for
Adobe Flash,
Apple Quicktime and Windows Media players. Some of the features may work,
but we haven't tested the the site with all the players and we do not guarantee
performance.
We strongly recommend that users of this
site install Adobe Flash, Windows Media and Apple QuickTime players.
7. Can I forward an email
with media attachment to MyMobile360 designated upload email?
We do not support this feature.
8. Why can't I stream media
on my account?
That could be caused by many reasons.
Majority of the time it is caused by the following reasons:
a. You do not have neither Windows
Media or Apple QuickTime Players available or install on your mobile device or personal
computer
b. Your firewall may be blocking
the stream
c. Your browswer security settings

What Internet browser can I use?
Majority of the
features of the site should work with most browsers. But in some browsers,
some embedded players and functions may not work. MyMobile360 recommends user
to use Microsoft Internet Explorer and Apple Safari. Firefox users are required
to install Windows Media and Apple Quick Tim Plugins.

11. What video and audio formats (extension) are
streaming capable on my mobile phone?
a. For Windows Mobile phones, .WMV and .WMA extension
are streaming capable.
b. For Apple iPhone,
MPEG4 (.M4V or .MP4) are streaming capable.
Note: If you want a
media to be be mobile streaming capable, please covert the
media into above extensions using the encoders mentioned in
question 4.
12. How can I play a file that is not streaming
capable on my mobile phone?
In this case, user can
download the file to a mobile phone if the download "Disk
Save" icon is present below a file and play it on a device.
